1) Delivery was quick - got the iPad a week earlier than expected.
2) Packaging - iPad was well protected and the cable + power brick were neatly tucked beneath it.
3) iPad - original, manufacture refurnished that came with battery at 100% capacity. The 'excellent condition' from buyspry is legit. I have not seen any cosmetic damage to the device.
4) Customer service - takes a bit of time but they answer all questions. Also called them on the phone just to verify it's a legit store and got through instantaneously.
