"This was for a purchase for a 17" HP monitor. I was able to get a good value for the purchase and felt that the price was fair compared to online companies out there. I also felt it was cheaper than going directly with HP or some other source to get the same monitor. Unfortunately since that time monitor prices have become cheaper and I could now purchase a 20" monitor for the same price paid. And that I guess is the way of things. The service was good but I didn't understand why with being in Chicago I had to pay for a "shipping" fee when I was willing to simply pick it up. That part made no sense to me and I felt was a wasted $10-15. "
