"Highly Negative - Because I wasn't able to discern from the photo, I ordered the wrong product. When I discovered the mistake I was informed that not only would I have to pay my own return shipping, but there would be a percentage deducted for "reshelving". As a result, I am keeping the product as I would only realize 50% of the original cost. I find this poor customer service as I was told that this is the case for all orders - no exceptions.
