"April 27th I bought anti-virus software. The code sent does not work. I have emailed buycheapsoftware three (3) times and left a voice message as no one was picking up the phone in the customer service area. I will be disputing my purchase with my credit union if I do not receive a valid activation code in the next 24 hrs. This complete lack of communication is unacceptable.

BuyCheapSoftware customer services representative contacted me after reviewing my order history and apologized for the mistake made by their company. He claimed that my order file was lost and because of that they could not resolve it quickly. I already received my refund. BuyCheapSoftware.com customer service rep. sent me an additional $50 check to compensate my bad experience. I did not expect this additional $50 check. I am glad that BuyCheapSoftware.com has taken the right action to satisfy their customer. I would definitely buy items from BuyCheapSoftware.com based on this apology, refund and additional $50 check."

We purchased 6 of the Norton Internet Security 2014 Full Retail Box, SKU SYIS14FR1 on July 9. We have been unable to activate any of them. Norton tech support said they are invalid copies. On the bottom of the box it states, "Not for resale or distribution in the European Union or the Americas". I have sent several emails to customer service, but no response at all. "
