"I was looking for some products on the web. As I couldn't find it, I met Buy Happier accidentally on a link from another site. As they had the product I was looking for, I bought it as soon as I saw it. The general information was quite good, even though with some missing details in specifications. It was not a problem, as I found those specs somewhere else. Anyway, the order confirmation was accurate and fast, and seemed to comply with my requirements in price and delivery.
After a couple of days, within the specified delay for international purchases, I felt a little confused with the order status, as I bought the product prior to do the “customer registration”, so I wasn’t able to do the tracking by myself. That’s why I used the customer service chat, meeting Valery. She was so much than kind, helping me on tracking the order status. As I needed the product in a specific date, and the process for Intl. Purchases is a little longer, she helped me on checking and certifying that it was a real purchase from someone who wanted to, and not coming from someone’s stolen credit card. This is important for someone like me, as I’m not 100% sure when buying something from a recently known store (for me). Chatting with Valery we both checked the Credit Card charges and we certified both ways that the purchase was as expected. This way, she helped me on skipping a couple of days in checking that, as regularly done.
As the dispatch was supposed to be done in a week, during Christmas time (with all the risks involved in this period), Valery tried really hard to confirm the final delivery date and/or checking for sooner availability. She gave me all the available options, with no pressure of any kind, feeling free to choose under my own convenience: she even suggested other products options and the chance to cancel the order in case the delivery wasn’t good enough for me. She checked other products availability and terms, including those that unfortunately where meant to be delivered only within the USA. Besides, she helped on checking some technical data missing on the webpage (like the operating voltage range of the product).
Finally, I choose the first option, as she was able to guarantee the delivery date. I’m very satisfied about this purchase, not by the product itself (that I haven’t get yet) but for the service involved. It gives me the necessary confidence on buying from thousands of miles away, as well as the confidence on Buy Happier responsibility in case anything unwanted may happen.
Well done Buy Happier! Keep your staff with people like Valery.

"I bought a recertified Neato at Buy happier and it was supposed to ship on Dec 14th but did not. Then I contacted their phone support and spoke to rep and she said that she would ship it on 15th and send me an email but that did not happen either. Then I chatted with their support (Valery) on 16th. She took the time to make sure that there was stock for that unit, created a shipping label and made sure it shipped out on that day. I am hoping to receive it soon.
The thing is it is hard to be perfect and mistakes do happen once in a while. It is how the mistakes are dealt with that matters and Buy Happier seems to excel in customer service which is rare these days. Hoping to buy more stuff at Buy Happier in future.
UPDATE (12/18): This is now starting to get annoying. There hasn't been any progress with the shipping label when I track indicating that a label was created but product was actually never shipped and their customer service is closed on weekends. So, i will have to contact them again on Monday for the 3rd time to get my product shipped. Shipping is crucial process of any online shopping experience and buy happier failed with it so far. Even on the 3rd day the shipping label says that it is waiting for the package.
UPDATE (12/19): I called them again on Monday and looks like the package somehow wasn't shipped. So, they changed my shipping from ground to 2nd day air and shipped it. They seemed very caring and hopefully my bad experience is a one off situation. Shipping label is now showing progress now and I should have my Neato pretty soon. They have added in few filters and batteries apologizing for the delay in shipping. "
