"Very disappointed. First, my order was not processed before COB the day it was ordered. Most importantly, Microsoft CAN NOT authenticate the product key I received, as it says it has been registered on too many computers. I have only downloaded it one time, on one computer. Everytime I open any Microsoft program I receive the same message that it can not authenticate the product key.
Last, when sending the request for this very review, the copied 100+ other users and disclosed everyone's email addresses instead on blind copying the user's email addresses."
"100% SCAM. Purchased Microsoft Office download and was given bad downloading code. The phone number on website was disconnected and no e-mails were ever returned. ILLEGAL AND FRUSTRATING!"
"First time I purchased a Windows 7 upgrade, they could not answer the question "What country is this license for?" but I have used it on three computers and so far so good, though it may take a couple months before Microsoft deactivates it if it is from the wrong country. The second time I bought from this seller, I received no download links and the licenses were not accepted by Microsoft as valid licenses. After complaint, seller responded by providing non-working download links. After further complaints, seller no longer responds at all. I will not purchase from this seller again and have filed a dispute with Paypal to recoup my losses."
"I ordered the product, Microsoft Office Pro Plus 2013, received the email and the key. Downloaded from their link, installed the product, key was no good. I emailed for another key, no response. After several emails I finally got a short reply telling me to download from their provided link and try the key again. Although I'd already done exactly that I did it again anyway and the key was still no good. Several more unanswered emails later over the course of 5 days produced only one reply and no key so I finally had to file a claim through PayPal which was ruled in my favor.
Their listed phone number (which never gets answered nor messages returned) is in Georgia, their listed address (which Google was unable to locate correctly) is in Denver, CO. The "Chat Help" is inactive (actually was inactive, it appears this may be sorted out now). This all reeks of a scam and shame on me for trying them in the first place.
BUYER BEWARE!!! "
"Account hacked, I made no purchase from this site."
"These guys SUCK! They hacked my resellerratings.com account and placed a fake review in their favor!"
