My product arrived on 8-20-09. It arrived WELL packaged and clearly marked. Initial inspection of my package was great. No dented box corners, no scratches. Upon opening my package I also noticed how well packaged everything was. I felt immediately comfortable in my purchase. At first glance the quality appears great! It comes with an instruction manual that could be a little bit more descriptive, but you get the gist of it. I had ZERO problems with installation. Sound is LOUD and very clear.
