"Terrible. I ordered Kingdom Hearts: Final Mix from them since they claim that they had it available. The shipping, like the majority of the reviewers here stated, was ridiculous. But my dad was kind enough to purchase it for me. But after googling this company and found a boycott site, I instantly became worried. But I waited for a while for the game to arrive, and even tried to email them. But no reponse, and the phone call was a nightmare. Also, the game never did arrive And so I decided to file a complaint at BBB and they cancelled the purchase. :phew: I regretted doing that but I'm at least relieved that they cancelled the purchase and gave the money back to where it rightfully belongs - to my dad's cc account."

"I made a purchase on 12/3/2004 over the internet for 2 GBA games which were listed "IN STOCK". I never received an email notification to confirm the purchase or any shipping information - in fact, I still have not received a single email from them. I called on 12/20/2004 to find out what was going on. Like most people got the busy tone and kept using the re-dial button to get through. The customer service rep told me that they sent my order on 12/20/2004 and gave me a tracking number, but said they could not say when they shipped! I received a package on 12/22/2004, but only one game!
I called many times again to find out what was happening and finally got through on 12/24/2004. The customer rep told me that the shipping department would be sending the other game that day. Obviously, I was upset because it would not make it before Xmas. It's 12/30/2004 and nothing!
I keep calling and they have no information about the shipping date and will not let me cancel! I have threatened to contact the BBB and Attorney General's office, but they do not seem to care. I left a message for Steve, the manager, to contact me on 12/24, but nothing. The last customer rep I spoke to was named Daniella.
I wish I had seen these reviews before I made my purchase as well!
Update, I called several times to cancel the remaining item and they kept telling me they could not unless they knew from shipping. Finally, the 3rd time I tried to cancel on 1/6/2005, they said I would receive a credit in 2-3 business days. I never received the credit. "
"I had to threaten to sue Buy-Rite if they did not send my order before they would ship it even though they charged my credit card immediately. I called them repeatedly asking them to send my order or at least give me my tracking number. It took me 4 attempts to get my tracking number. They only shipped my order after I told them I was going to contact the Attorney General's office, the Better Business Bureau, and my attorney."
"I noticed fairly quickly this place was a sham but it was too late as they had already processed my credit card. My first complaint was that they were shipping to my billing address but I wanted the merchendise shipped to a different locataion. This then got me worried as they had asked for personal information like "Mother's Maiden Name" when setting up my account. I then did a quick google search and came across this list of complaints.
I have had my credit card number used for this purchase canceled and the card reissued with a new number. I would suggest anyone else who has order ed from this company but not been billed do the same. This is usually done free of charge.
As for action, I've reported this company to the FBI and passed them a link to this site. This seems to be fairly straight forward fraud which is a criminal activity. This company is way pasted the BBB if even half of these stories are true. "

I placed two orders with this company on December the second and I have sent them several emails asking them when my order is going to be shippied and they keep sending me a generic email which I am going to copy and paste below. Please keep in mind that none of the items that I ordered are not old items they are all new and for my kids Cristmas and I need an answer from this company and they keep giving me the same generic answer the email below was received on the 8th of December I hope that you can help me because the will ruin Christmas.
