"I was a bit skeptical prior to ordering after reading some of the reviews but being myself an e-commerce owner I know a lot of these reviews can be left by dishonest competitors so I gave them a try. Before ordering I visited their online chat to make sure the item was actually in stock confirming what the site stated. Within a minute I was connected with a sales rep who confirmed they had plenty in stock ( in other words my order should be shipped out quickly). I went ahead and placed my order and the following morning received my shipping confirmation. I took advantage of their FREE shipping for orders over $200 and my order was shipped the next morning with UPS Ground. The order was placed on Tuesday and today Friday I received my order. The item is exactly what I ordered and came in well packaged and documented. Their price was way below anyone else. I even tried getting another site to match the price since I was skeptical after reading the reviews but turns out I was smart to give these guys a try. Thank you so much for the great experience. "I placed an order weeks ago and still have not received it. When contacting BuyAccess, I could never receive a straight answer concerning my order. This makes me very upset as well as my business partners. I'm not sure if I would ever purchase from this company again. Looks like I'll never receive my product."

"I'm a little disappointed with BuyAccess. I ordered a door lock but wasn't informed about its shipping status until I sent and email inquiry about the item. Within seconds of my email I got a response indicating it had been shipped several days ago. Not sure where the breakdown occurred here. The website says I'll receive an email indicating when the item was shipped. Didn't happen as promised. I hope the lock works better than the people shipping it. "

Impossible to contact except by chat (I emailed twice; called their number on multiple occasions, and not only did they not answer, making me leave a message, but as time went on their voice mailbox filled up). However, they did send the product I ordered and eventually agreed to allow me to return part of it. That said, I plan to avoid them in the future because the hassle was stressful and time-consuming."

"Great transaction at a good price. I would strongly suggest you stop using UPS for shipping to Canada. They charge exhorbitant rates for brokerage fees I had to pay a $50 brokerage fee on a $200 item! Thats in addition to duty and taxes....which is expected. "
