"The worst ever online shopping. Three weeks after I ordered a book they tell me they still don't have it with a lot of attitude. One of my worst shopping experience. I cancelled after waiting for three weeks. What is sad is when I spoke to them today their answer was "we don't know when we will have the book. Do you want to cancel". Looks like it is operated by a single person. I have no idea how they expect to make clients with such a service. "

"Awful, awful, awful. Ordered a book that they STILL have advertised as available though we now know it is not. I received no information following order. Called after 2 weeks and was told their computer systems were down and they would call me back. Of course they didn't call back. Waited another week and called to finally find out they didn't have it and would not get it b/c the book was out-of-print. I jokingly asked if they were ever going to let me know. The woman immediately gave me attitude saying she "doesn't claim to know how the world of e-mail works, but that she was looking at an e-mail w/ my address on it and it was sent". Fat chance I'll ever order from there again! I recommend no one else does, either!"

"I ordered a book for class from these guys. two weeks later I still hadn't received it so I called them only to be informed they didn't have it and couldn't get it. Do not order from these people. I would say they do bad business but it doesn't seem like they do business at all."

"Avoid this merchant. I ordered a book needed for school. Three weeks later the book hadn't arrived so I e-mailed them. They didn't respond to the e-mail. This was an item they showed as "in stock"
