Email requests for updates got canned responses. Nearly 2 months and counting to see a check. Sold a different laptop to an online competitor and they had it inspected and a check in my hand (with tracking and constant updates) while these clowns were still sitting waiting to inspect mine. They were a few dollars higher on their offer, but if you can't get your money, what's the point?"
