"BuyBackWorld.com consistently offers the most money for my phones/tablets, more so than any of the other more well-known trade-in sites. The process can take a bit longer than they claim, especially if you are sending your items in around the time when a new phone/tablet is being released since others are doing the same thing. But they will get to it eventually, and for the most part, they deliver on the offer you received initially. I've sent around 4 or 5 things to them and only had one negative experience, which was with an old iPad 2 that they initially offered $45 for, but then after receiving it claimed that the LCD was coming apart from the housing and revised their offer to $12. I rejected that and had them send it back to me, where I discovered a rather sizeable dent in the aluminum housing by the volume button that was not there when I sent it in. I packed it very well so I do not know how the dent came to be. Fortunately, I was able to send that iPad to another trade-in site that eventually paid me $30 for it. But every other device I've sent to BBW has received the amount that was quoted, and payment was made quickly and painlessly via PayPal. I will likely continue to use BBW to sell back future devices."

"They quoted me fairly and honored their inspection and kept the quote as is. They were to the day accurate of when they said check was in mail and would be to my address. I read some negative reviews and in my estimation, people who are negative about buybackworld seem to probably not been accurate when filling out the questionnaire as to the condition of their device. If this happens then of course BBW is going to have to alter their original estimate once they inspect the device and see it’s not accurate to what they were told via the online survey. But as to their fairness of valuation and service speed of payment, it was 5 stars all the way. They emailed me updates letting me know exactly where they were at in the process.
