They sent me an e-mail alert for every step of the process, receiving my device, evaluating my device, telling me how much they were sending me for the device and finally, when the check was sent. This was quick, seamless and amazing. If anyone ever wants to go through the process of selling a device this should be the one and only contact they should go to.
