"Very easy process. This is the best thing since sliced bread. You enter in your model number of your technology they give you an offer. They send you a prepaid label so you don't have to pay for shipping Super Plus. Then you ship your item and then you get your money Super easy Love this site definitely will visit again. "
"I submitted to you a phone in good faith. You accepted the phone and claimed it was worth a small amount that you would mail to me. The refund was supposedly mailed, but there's no proof it was mailed and it was never received. Needless to say, I am disappointed and therefore cannot recommend your services. "
"Been doing business with them for years."
"Great to deal with. Gave me a fair price and communicated the entire time "
"Have both bought and sold through buyback and would definitely use them again."
"I received an online offer of $75 for a used Cat S22 phone. The phone is in perfect condition. It was used by my wife for a few months and spent most of the time on her dresser. I sent the phone in its original packaging, with all the instructions and charger all in perfect condition for Buybackworld to confirm the condition. They amended their offer to $50. I feel the online offer was disingenuous and was used to get me to send in the phone. I'm sure many people simply accept the amended offer. very disappointed with these business practices."
"Sent in my iPhone11pro in and was honest in the condition of it. I dropped it and the front and back were cracked. Was quoted $100 with it being broke. They received it then tried to lie and say there was an activation lock on the phone. There wasn’t. I owned the phone. They also lied and said find my iPhone was still activated on the phone even though it for a fact was not because I had to turn it off before I could activate my iPhone 14.. the argued with me for 2 days about the status of the phone until I sent screenshots debunking there bull crap. Then they admitted I was correct and said they would continue with the evaluation and it would take another 48 hours. At this point they have already had my phone for 3 days…. After taking another 2 days they sent me a final offer of $20 because they claimed the phone would not hold a full charge. Which is bull crap because it worked fine before I cracked the screen. A cracked screen has nothing to do with the battery status. I only accepted the offer because I was tired of going back and forth and am out of town for the holidays and did not want it sent back to my home before I return. Long story short. Don’t waste your time. They took 5 days when they advertise receiving payment within 24 hours of receiving device. They try to lowball you and create issues that never existed. Took 5 days just to give me $20 for a phone worth well over $500. Will never use again and I will write a review on any website I see to keep others from being scammed."
