"I am to this point unsatisfied with the inability to speak to anyone that can tell me why they have not processed my order 13 days after taking my credit card payment, nor could anyone even tell me anything about the order I placed.
The people I did speak to were very polite and to the point but clearly this is not how it should be done I should not have to keep waiting.
If there is an issue with the order we should have been notified asap and a refund immediately should have been completed.
