"I had the misfortune to deal with these UNprofessional company; what a waste of time. I placed an order over the phone, was giving an order number. 2 days later, didn't receive any email from them, checked the order on their website using my order #; it showed an error message. I called them, and the CSR said that they needed to verify my info (WTF?), said it's for my own protection (BS), I said why didn't I receive any e-mail regarding this? I had to call to find out? She apologized and said that it'd take 48 hours for the verification! After 4 days of no email or anything from them that my item was shipped..etc, I called them, and was told it'd ship the following day! The following day I received a cancellation e-mail! What a horrible company!"
"I had an "online discount" code for the site - I had a mattress to buy - seemed like an easy enough problem to solve.
There was no mention of the mattress manufacturer on the list of coupon exclusions... so far so good.
I place the order and as well as Shipping and Handling, there's a surprise "parcel" fee of $10.00. Well, OK.
I enter the discount code at checkout and the website says "this manufacturer doesn't permit discounts" WHAT?
OK they've got me at this classic bait and switch tactic, I go ahead and place the order.
My niece calls to ask about the discount and is told two surprises
1) The mattress *is* eligible for the discount but I need to call back.
2) The order was on hold, pending confirmation of my info. I never received any email about this.
OK, it should not be a hassle to buy a baby mattress and ONLINE discount codes should work ONLINE, not require a phone call in.
What a scam, they should be ashamed. Amazon here I come."
