"I bought a tablet from them. It costs over $200. Of course it has broken, but after I erport it and told them I want make a complaint they call try me not to sent it back. Deliberately were delaying with anything and not replied to messages correctly. When I sent the device back they were keep denying its receive for a few months. After all they offered me silly amount + some cuopon. It has token a big negotiation (months) and now they declare that they've got the item broken and cannot resell it so the can make me their best offer $150.
Do not buy goods from this company. You can get, by coincidence, a good piece, but if you don't you will never see your money again.

1. Too many bad products from BuyInCoins:
· "MINI Remote Digital Alarm Clock Surveillance Cam Video DVR Support TF CARD" from order on 2015-10-10. It turned out to be defective. When the Clock is turned on after charging, red lamp will unpredictably flash signaling that something is wrong; and it may well went out of video recoding. The clock battery does not last more than 1 week even in clock mode.
· 2 pieces of fake product "4GB SD Secure Digital Memory Card 4G 4 GB" from order on 2014-03-03. Its real capacity is 2GB.
· "Fashion Mens PU Leather Duffle Satchel Shoulder Travel Messenger Bag Handbag SG2315" from order on 2013-09-15. The bag turned out to be made out of trash oil-cloth. Two of handles had broken after 3 months.
· "Full HD 1080P Car DVR Cam Recorder Camcorder Vehicle Dashboard Camera F900" from order on 2013-03-16. This was an unsuccessful attempt to make DVR out of video camera. DVR is often dropped from its strange suction mount; loop recording contains program errors.
· "New 4GB Memory Stick Driveless USB Flash Drive Audio Voice Recorder Recording" from order on 2013-01-20. Its battery swelled in 3-4 months so dangerously, that even came out of Voice Recorder.
· "New 100g First Grade Yunnan Menghai Puer Puerh Tea Raw Mini Tuo Tea Cha 2012 Year" as well as "81Pcs 9 Different Taste Puerh Tea Chinese Puer Ripe Pu-erh Cake Healthy Slimming" from order on 2013-10-22. A specializing salesman said that was just garbage.
2. No service response or it is not timely. As example, order B20160218415968293 on 2016-02-18 did not come after 70 days of waiting; refund from PayPal.
3. Now BuyInCoins is not a very cheap seller. Especially if to take into account possible losses of your time and money. "

As they said, after receipt of the defective item, they will offer it to their supplier to prove that is defective. Then they'll send me the replacement.

I give 3 stars on this store, because although that I was afflicted a lot, the fact and only, that albeit slowly vindicated, (and by my fault, without PayPal protection!!!), it gives them some credibility...

"It is really hit or miss when you order from BuyInCoins. I have been ordering miscellaneous inexpensive junk from them for 4 yrs and generally got what I paid for. Sometimes the merchandise was even better than I expected. But then I made the fatal mistake of ordering something a bit expensive -- a Lenovo smartphone for $59. I reasoned that since Lenovo was a Chinese company, maybe BuyInCoins could get some deals from them locally. I received the phone in a reasonable time- about 3 weeks, but when I turned on the phone, it booted up and after a few minutes, went into a "white screen". In the white screen state, the phone was unresponsive and I had to pull the battery out to turn it off. I complained to BuyInCoins and they told me to take it to a phone repair shop to get it fixed. Huh? I never heard of a vendor telling me to get a "new" item fixed rather than send it back for replacement. No way did I trust them to reimburse me for the repair (which would have cost more than the phone). I submitted a paypal dispute. They did not respond to PayPal and within their internal message system they told me that they would not do anything to resolve issue until I closed the paypal dispute. I closed the dispute (naively thinking I could reopen it if the vendor did not replace/refund the phone) and I spent $15 to send the phone back to the return address on the original package. After 4 weeks they told me they hadn't received the phone and that the address that I mailed it to (which was on the original package) was the wrong address. So now my $59 for the phone is gone, the $15 for the return shipping charge is gone, and the broken phone is gone. Total spent, $74 and I have nothing to show for it but lost time and frustration. If you buy from BuyInCoins, make sure to spend no more than you are willing to lose. Best deals are for $5 items or less (and shipping is free)."

"I already bought 27 times at them. Our Brazilian carrier is a mess and the customs for air-mail is centralized in Curitiba (which is more a black-hole, swallowing everything and rarely spitting out again), a 1,000 miles south from Rio de Janeiro, so the delay is one to four months.
Rarely I had to complain something at Buy-in-coins and always got a refund. I purchased several 8GB SD-Memory chips, which all were good. But my last purchase were 2 pieces (for test) of 32GB, which were faked 8GB, as detected by H2testw v1.4 program, see below.
What makes me upset is, that they offered a refund of 10 and later 20 US$, instead of taking measures to identify and locate the fraud.
I recommend a tracking number for Brazil and to wait with a complain only until few days before PayPal protection ends, so you get the maximum time on PayPal.
