"Warning everyone before they buy from this supplier. You’re going to lose your money and you’re not going to get your product. I placed an order for a rather expensive computer monitor, it hadn’t delivered in over a month. I called the Company and they said to check with Fedex because their warehouse said they shipped it. I called Fedex and they confirmed they never actually received the package from the supplier, this company wanted to blame COVID on why maybe FedEx was taking so long when I’ve been getting other package delivered from FedEx all month long. The customer service rep suggested that I “try purchasing the same monitor and maybe we can refund you” are you kidding me? So that I can lose MORE money from these people? Do NOT buy from this place! "
"If you place an order, be absolutely sure to immediately test the product upon arrival. Use your American express card unless you like expensive paper weights."
"This business is a complete fraud and SCAM, they charged on my credit card for 10 days and they cancelled my order telling me the product price was not right. What a SCAM ! I called the business, the sales manager gave out some lame excuse, and talk like **** F this F that.... Stay away from this business, you will be happy."
"Very bad did 2 orders and said add to cart then they said order canceled due to outta stock happened twice "
"I ordered on a Monday withey free ground ahippimg. I was expecting it the next weekk, but my order was delivered on Wednesday."
"I placed an order, but forgot to pick 2 day shipping. I called and spoke to a rep named Joe. He told me that I wouldn't need to pay for 2 day, because it was shipping from a warehouse in Georgia (I live in Florida) and that it had a 2 day ground transit time. My order arrived the next day (for free)"
"Order 3tb drive arrived 2 days earlier than expected. "
"I ordered a EVGA EgForce GTX 980 Ti for 722.00 (Order# 317172118) from newegg and when it arrived, the seal on the box was broken. Opening the box I found that the packaging for the cables (the power and external cable) were open. Upon looking at the video card and examining the teeth of the card I could see visible scratches on the card. The video card was clearly used, and they sold it to me sight unseen most likely since the shipped box came from Amazon not Buyvpc.com. I feel that this is a scam selling used equipment hoping the people receiving it will and just accept it and not say anything. I am waiting now for either a new video card or a refund. If I would have known I would have paid the extra 50.00 and purchased it from a reseller. Never again."
