Called back Thursday and person was there, but had no idea that I had already given them the vin number days ago. Would not commit to a ship date. Order arrived a few days later. On line status remained as received until days after product was delivered. Unfriendly folks, never committing to anything, previously bought car from Byers when living in Columbus.
