"I have worked in almost all car manufacturers vehicles made and Porsche has to have the worst parts sales department I have ever tried to work with. I had to call a dealership out of New England because all I got was answering machines to leave a message from both the parts and service departments. You would think if you spent this kind of money on a car the service would be good, couldn’t even get someone on the phone! They were more interested in the damn sales event on there dealerships automated system than actually helping you. Parts department didn’t want to sell me parts because I gave them the part number I needed and not a vehicle VIN. I knew what I need, just sell me the damn parts! I finally get my parts ordered and it takes the almost 3 weeks to mail out a battery hold down and a bolt! I called twice to ask when they were going to ship and both times they said it was in the shipping department and going out that day, which was a lie. Didn’t go out until almost a week later. The best part about the whole transaction was the quality of the parts and the postal service being swift. Good thing the cars are made well because the service ****!"
