"I ordered a few parts on 1/10. I received an email on 1/11 asking for a VIN# to confirm firment. I immediately responded to that email with the VIN# as requested. I have had no update of any kind since then. The status of my order shows "in process". Every item I ordered was listed as "in stock in Ohio". I don't know why you are soliciting reviews from people before you ship them the in stock parts they ordered 5 days ago. If you want people to leave positive reviews you should probably just ship their parts and provide a tracking number."
