Their AI content is not undetectable – They claim to generate AI text that won't be caught by detectors, but every tool I tested flagged it as AI-generated. So what’s the point?
Their detection tool is unreliable – It randomly marks human-written text as AI and AI-generated text as human. Totally useless.
Customer support is terrible – I reached out twice, explained the issues, and got generic responses."
