"My experience with Byte has so far been awesome. Everything was processed in a timely manner, even with the holidays and potential shipping delays. Their customer support was attentive during the sign up process when I had a bunch of questions regarding dental insurance (which was a breeze to use with my company). I'm already in my first weeks aligners and really enjoy using my HyperByte to help speed up the process. I also ordered the 5 years of retainers which was a good deal at pretty much half off of what it would normally cost to purchase retainers. The process to sign up, get my impressions and photos, and get my aligners has overall been a really pleasant experience and I appreciate being able to do everything from the comfort of my own home."

"I’ve been really pleased with the service I’ve had so far with byte. The customer service reps have introduced themselves and kept in contact. Shipping of the impressions was prompt and a rep regularly connected with me to make sure I knew when it was coming, delivered, and to aid me and answer questions with performing the impression. Once it was shipped, my rep informed me I had another rep taking it from there. She was equally great, staying connected and letting me know they received the impressions and that she’d be in touch after a treatment plan was made. Not a few days later, I had a treatment plan.
