"Non-existent customer service!! Unbelievably rude!! Spoke to Doreen who basically made me feel like it was my problem that they lost my order and could not be bothered with an explanation. I quote"(she was almost yelling in an angry voice) do you want to me to ship your order or refund your money?!!" Avoid these people like the plague!! I'm still waiting on my refund"
"I placed an order on Thursday afternoon for a Blue UV reactive Full Tower w/1 120mm fan on the side panel. I promptly received an email acknowledging that my order was received. Their webpage shows that orders usually ship the same day if received before 12pm E.S.T, so I figured it would ship on Friday afternoon. Well, the following Wednesday comes and still no email reguarding shipping, or even if the order successfully processed. So I was slightly concerned.
I made a long distance call to their phone number listed and a guy named Neal answered, and upon mentioning my name, he knew the exact case I had ordered. He explained that there was some server error issue with UPS shipping that had unfortunately delayed my order, but it had been fixed and was shipping out later that afternoon. I was very pleased with his demeanor and knowledge about the status of my order. Like he promised, I received an email from ClearComputerCase and UPS verifying that my order shipped and it's delivery time. And to my surprise, he upped the shipping from 3-day to 2nd day to ensure it arrived before the weekend.
I do a lot of business with computer vendors over the internet, and I actually decided to purchase this tower directly from ClearComputerCase, instead of Frozencpu.com, because they allowed me the option to modify the side panel.
I am very pleased with this company and highly recommend them to others. I do expect my order to arrive on time according to their processing/shipping times, but if there is an issue I do expect expedient and polite customer service, and I definitely received that."

"I purchased a case from them back in early March. I was so excited to see it arrive except for the fact one of the brackets that held the door on had come loose and fallen into the case.
I submitted an RMA request on their website and gave them a call the next day. They informed me they were planning on calling me and letting me know there was a manufacturing defect and a few other cases had the same problem.
They then shipped me a new case and paid for the shipping of the defective one back to them. I received the second case and it was very high quality, everything looked great.
Unfortunatley I was unable to keep the case due to space restrictions and some hardware factors. I was able to send the second case back for a full refund. They even called to make sure the credit showed back up on my card - as well as emailed me with the same message.
I can't say enough about the quality of the cases or the customer service here. If your looking for an acrylic case make them your first stop.
