"Buyer Beware. Ordered a drone with 2 batteries and a soft case. Got a single battery and no case. Contacted customer services and explained it all, got an email in reply which just had a copy of a contents list showing 1 battery and no case, no other comments. I emailed again, saying I was appauled by there lack of information in the reply and stated again my order was to include 2 batteries and a case. They then told me "Sorry for that , we feel so sorry for you , something wrong with the Multi-attribute product editing， so what about send you 5USD coupons to you , is that ok for you ?

Well no CAFAGO thats not ok, further emails and still they just keep saying sorry, sorry sorry. So IF you do order from them take a copy of the screen offer, because mine disappeared and now they are just SORRY. What an appauling attitude from this comany. "I have purchased a digital player and paid the cost in advance but I is retained at custom. However it wasclear that I have to pay duty if levied , but Cafago is not helping to get the matter solved through local/courier help. They ask me to visit custom office and are even not ready to send contact no. of any local help for coordination. I doubt whether item is really sent, it seems they did not send item and misleading me. I am 1000 km far from custom office and not able to visit Mumbai. No responsibility and accountability shown by Catagory. The only response is "so sorry". Please don't buy anything from Cafago, you may loose your money"
