"Getting a run around for exchanging the correct style of struts that came in a kit. Rest of the kit is correct to the car but the front struts where you bolt the swaybar links to the strut have a bracket in wrong spot and is missing two of the 3 brake line bracket mounts. The supplied sway bar links are correct as they match perfectly with the original equipped sway bar links. the problem is they put the wrong style of front struts in this kit. I have submitted photos, part numbers and explanation why these are not correct and they keep telling me they don't understand and keep telling me they need more details. I am glad my vehicle is drivable. This is just uncalled for. I realize things happen with mistakes and I have be very cooperative but this is just taking too long!!!"
"I waited two months for a bumper and some fenders and side skirts. When I got them the bumper was damaged I paid over 500 bucks in shipping they are filing a damage claim I send everything back they said it will take 7 to 20 days just to get an update I spend over 2500 with them horrible service very slow process they still have my money I still don’t have any parts and they haven’t done anything to fix this very disappointed "
