"I ordered a hood that I really liked and then it arrives at the shop and was a completely different hood had imperfections in it you could tell it was plastic wrapped when it was still warm, and when the plastic was pulled off, had marks all over the front of the hood From the plastic melting a little bit on it I am still waiting for a return shipping label to send the hood back completely disappointed the person I spoke to on the phone had no idea why it was too completely different hoods definitely doesn’t make me wanna shop with this company again Still waiting for the label to be emailed to me .."

"Order number 350 66831. label was not included in package to return caliper cores, called customer service, gave information but was never emailed back with a return label that was promised within two days, two weeks later and I still haven’t gotten any response. Bad customer service. Now I am stuck with 2 caliper cores and don’t know if I will be charged for returning cores and getting a refund on them."
