"The ordering process was great and the part was of quality and installed easy. I wish I was notified of the part actually getting shipped. I was lead to believe that the part was on back order and I almost canceled and went to the dealer. The part showed up in the middle of the night with no warning. "

Slow customer return service

"Box was not sealed, missing old starter return label and the new starter was damaged. Contacted customer service, waited 48 hours for response and they said Fedex would pick up the starter in 3-5 business days. It’s been over a week and the defective starter hasn’t been picked up. I haven’t received a replacement either"

Wrong hood

"I ordered a hood that I really liked and then it arrives at the shop and was a completely different hood had imperfections in it you could tell it was plastic wrapped when it was still warm, and when the plastic was pulled off, had marks all over the front of the hood From the plastic melting a little bit on it I am still waiting for a return shipping label to send the hood back completely disappointed the person I spoke to on the phone had no idea why it was too completely different hoods definitely doesn’t make me wanna shop with this company again Still waiting for the label to be emailed to me .."

Not so good customer service

"Order number 350 66831. label was not included in package to return caliper cores, called customer service, gave information but was never emailed back with a return label that was promised within two days, two weeks later and I still haven’t gotten any response. Bad customer service. Now I am stuck with 2 caliper cores and don’t know if I will be charged for returning cores and getting a refund on them."
