"Unfortunately, the tail lights I purchased for my X5 were not wired correctly. I reached out to return them and was asked to send pictures. Then I was asked to send videos. I sent several of each and have been going back and forth with them for about a week ! Refuse to send me a return label. Now they want me to find QC stickers which they claim should be on there, but are not. "

"Why do company's continue to list parts for sale that they do not have in stock?? This is a BAD practice and because of it I will not be doing business with CARiD again totally unacceptable as far as I'm concerned!!! Nobody orders parts to get maybe a month from order date!! And up to 3 weeks to process the order cancelation is also BS and unacceptable!!! Never again CARiD!!!"
