"I have been on a hunt for a part that has put me in a extremely frustrating position. Unlike most individuals with their cars, getting rid of them is easy. My father told me more cars are built everyday and a new one will come along, so don't get attached to what you have. Normally I would have taken his advise but I really like my 2008 Pontiac G6 GXP. I am the first and only owner and have driven over 285,000 mile on her. I have probably replaced every moving part in it at least once, and some of them more then I like to admit. Any way I called on Phillip as my last resort before towing my car to the junk yard. I have been looking for a ABS module and because my Pontiac no longer being built, I am told; most of these parts are obsolete. My mechanic has basically exhaust his efforts to find a part. Well in my chat with Phillip I found someone who cared enough to look and help me identify the part and locate it. He showed me a professionalism we don't see much anymore. He was helpful, courteous and appeared to really cared about helping me. I have already told many people about CARiD and will continue to do so. After getting off the phone with Phillip I called the GM parts desk to verify the part number that I was told by Phillip and finally I felt I was on the road of getting my old car back on the road again. Thank you all for being their for me and please Thank Phillip Stone for me. I am 77 years old and still work for a major manufacture and wish we could find people like Phillip. Keep up the good work and you can bet your company has a permanent place in my contact list.
