"I just received my 30" 16 gauge stainless sink. It came with free accessories. I ordered it on July 5th and it came on July 12th. It's absolutely beautiful and looks to be very good quality. I know it sounds silly but the drain, strainer basket, and plug are also beautiful and heavy. Price was amazing. I would have had to pay more, for a lesser gauge, no accessories. I was looking at ordering one from my 'big box' store. So glad I did more research! I'm not one to order much online, but I guess it's the way things are going now. I'm having new counter top installed next month so it's not installed yet. Maybe I'll update when it goes in. "
"I ordered a new kitchen sink and faucet. They both arrived on time, but I need to return the faucet - it's much bigger than I thought. I have called them a number of times trying to get the process to return the faucet to them. Every time I get the same answer - they have sent my case to the RMA department What that stands for I do not know. It's been since May 26th, that I have been trying to get a hold of someone that can assist me with the return. I will never purchase another item from this company."
"It's now several days late, and while I received an email saying it would arrive on Friday (although when i placed the order it was supposed to arrive on Thursday), it is now several days later. Still no sink.
I have called during the very limited business hours two separate days and was assured both times the sink would arrive the next day. No such luck. Not sure what to do now!"
"cbath.com had great pricing on kitchen sinks that I ordered. However, when I called on the 14th of August, they said that my order shiped on the 12th and should arrive by the 18th. On the 19th, I called them again because the product hadn't arrived and they said that the order shipped on the 18th and would arrive by the 21st. After I asked for a tracking number, they said that they didn't have one available at that time and would email it to me later, which they never did. I had to call again later and ask for the tracking number a second time. If you are remodeling and need your products in a timely manner, you may be disappointed with cbath.com."
