"My order shipped the same day of purchase and arrived quickly. My only complaint is that the tracking information they emailed me was not valid so I could not follow the package in transit.
Since they cater to a niche market, machine vision, their prices are about the same as the other handful of retailers that sell similar products. However, CCD Direct sells a lot of items that I cannot find anywhere else.
I have yet to use their customer service, but so far, I would definitely do business with them again.
