"Do not buy anything from this company they won't stand behind what they sell. I got a OMP Light Stryke Laser from them. Didnt work from day 1 OMP sent me new pressure switch still didnt work. OMP said I had to return it where I bought it from. CCF said my refund would be only 85%. So shipped it off in a box waited 2 weeks never heard from CCF. So I emailed them a day later CCF says no refund without the original package. So basically I paid 104.00 to own a broken bowfishing sight. "

"I regret that I have to give CCF Sports 5 stars. I want to give them 10. From the time of initial contact until the time of receipt of product I have nothing but praise. I also note that I am the first to leave feedback and hope that this leads to more business. I ordered the Chiappa AR-15 .22LR conversion upper. I have a unique situation in that I live in CA and have a second home in MT. I wanted the upper for my CA home but could not get the 28 round mags sent there. I have plenty of 10 round mags that fit. I talked to Bob and there was no problem with split shipping. I also added to the order after it was placed and everything that I wanted was shipped. Communication was excellent unlike a lot of online retailers. In addition, I have dealt with some e-retailers that will only ship to the address on record for the method of payment. Many times I will order with a card from CA and have it shipped to MT and vice versa and these e-tailers will not accept the order. Another situation is when I am not in MT and have to have the package shipped to my neighbors house and they will not do that either. Ships to my address or no shipment. That is really bad customer service - or should I say dis-service. This was never a problem with CCF. Fast answering/returning phone calls and e-mails. Probably the best I have every dealt with. I will definitely shop with CCF Sports in the future. I highly recommend CCF Sports. "
