"My entire order was canceled. Everything I ordered (over $600 in merchandise) appeared to be in stock on their website. Then they refunded my money claiming every item I ordered was out of stock. Bad experience and I wouldn't recommend buying skateboarding merchandise with CCS.

"I ordered a custom deck, however, they cancelled my order because the image I chose was copyright (fair enough). BUT they charged me the full amount and said the charge was a void charge and would return in 3 days. I emailed them and said the charge was not a void charge and they said it was a void charge and it could take 3-5 days to disappear. I wait longer and was certain I had been charged and was never going to get my money back. I emailed them again and now they claimed they never charged me at all! I emailed them again to double check and they said they kept wasting even more time asking for my last 4 digits only to tell me: "Sorry but we never charged you and we need proof of transaction blah blah blah. They stopped replying to me and I contacted my bank telling them that this company scammed me. Without any more replies I finally got my money back. I have never had such a bad experience buying something online in my LIFE!
tl;dr: CCS is a scam company, they almost scammed me for 109 dollars CAD (luckily I contacted my bank). DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!"
"I purchased a skateboard and helmet for my son. The helmet did not fit so I returned. Received notice that it was received, yet a month later I have not received my refund of $64.95 plus tax. I did some research and found that they (CCS) are notorious for this. Several reports were even left on the better Business Bureau website. This place is a SCAM!!! Buyer beware!!!"
"I orderd a vans hat in 15 april and after liying me for a whole month and a half that the order is on the way but there is delays due to pandemic it didnt arrivedat all and i was given without my premission a partial refund beacuse they say my adress was incorrect wich is a lie i payd with paypal and checked the adress in the websiteand it was correct . "I ordered some glasses during Covid. Do I expect shipping delays? Sure. Order processing delays? Sure. But the fact was that I got some shady **** email several hours after my order confirmation that my “payment method needed to be verify and I must call them ASAP” well not only did no one pick up the line when I called (oh but they can email me back!) but they never picked up once in the 4 day span I tried reaching them. The email chain with their customer service was completely useless with them avoiding to tell me the issue and reassuring that some fake guy named Michael will be reaching back out. Never heard from him or what the problem with the order was despite my card getting charged just fine. They reached out saying they never got my calls LOL and refunded my order. Do not order from this site if you don’t want to waste your time — joke and scam. "
"So the first problem I had with them is I ordered a $200 Longboard and A $65 pair of shoes. So It was a big order! I paid for $10 for better shipping. It still took 13 days for the package to arrive. I complained to their customer service and they said that was something they couldn't help. So whatever I could brush that one off. Then after 13 days my package finally arrived. They forgot my $65 pair of shoes that I ordered to ride with my shoes. So I emailed them and they offered me "in store credit". I wanted a full refund for my shoes back to my account because I bought the shoes to go with my board and I didn't want to wait another 13+ days. They refuse my refund because they "scanned" my shoes and send me an online gift card. So after the long replies and bad customer service I was quite frustrated. After being mad I finally said "whatever, I guess I'll just re order my shoes." The gift card they sent me was enough for my shoes. BUT I STILL HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING??? They messed up multiple times, forgot my shoes, and won't even cover the shipping. I emailed them in complaints of this now. Terrible customer service. Would give 0/5 if it was an option. "
"I ordered a skateboard on their website. I figured the shipping would take a while given this was during the current covid situation. After a month I contacted them. They replied by claiming they reached out to me several times and that they cancelled my order. They definitely did not reach out to me. I was checking often for the email to let me know it had shipped. I was however inundated with promotional emails and an email asking me to rate my purchase. When I called, I reached a recording that claimed they were still filling orders so I'm not sure why my order was cancelled. Don't waste your time with this company. I highly suggest you look elsewhere for anything they sell. "

"I ordered a present on 12/17 knowing that it wouldn't come by Christmas because that's printed on their site. Fine. But, it's been 10 days and it still hasn't shipped! Sent emails to customer service and no one replied. I called customer service and the dude that picked up made it seem like I disadvantaged him because I wanted to know when my gifts would ship.. He said it should ship by Friday, but that didn't happen. I'm not sure who's in charge of online sales. Unfortunately, they are mastering the art of ghosting & disappointing customers. "

"Expect to wait over 7 days for anything you order from them, it's ridiculous. Ordered shoes last Friday 8/2 and they're not scheduled for delivery until Tuesday 8/13. Mind you I ordered these before 12pm eastern time and they are pacific time, item didn't ship until the FOLLOWING Monday. Won't ever order from them again. 11 days is ridiculous."
"I ordered a portable laser descaling machine from this company paid a total of $76.99 which included $12 for expedited shipping on December 20th 2018. Today is January 16th 2019 and I just received my package from them. I knew something wasn't right when the box was maybe an eighth of the size it should have been. I open the box up and it's a $10 pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses and it says right on the box $10.00US. When I go to my email with my order confirmation and click visit our store the website is completely gone."
