"Really good. She has grown emotionally with this school. Her other school would always state how bad she is, how many timeouts, yell at her. She would come home with bad marks and the teachers there were not as caring."

"My child has been at this school for two years and if it were not for the relationships she has built with her teachers and peers, I would remove them. As a parent, I have not had a good experience. My child has a teacher that is very friendly, great with communication, and seems to have good classroom management. On my end, as a parent and educator myself, I have had negative experiences with the staff director Ms. Oliver. For the past two years she has been particularly unhelpful and unfriendly to both me, my husband, and other family members when picking up my child. Every time I come in and she’s there, I always hear her being negative, complaining about someone, or gossiping. I have heard her gossiping about a kid and a parent to another staff member in front of the entrance. This is very unprofessional to do in front of other parents. I have met two other Children’s Courtyard directors at different locations and both times, the atmosphere seemed positive and welcoming because of the leadership. I think the organization is great overall and this particular location could be so much better if the leadership was more professional and showed more interest in helping the parents when they have questions about their child. "

"This school is very run down, the administration is poor and has never been friendly. We were willing to overlook that for caring teachers and a progressive pre-k 4 curriculum. We had to leave when the school decided to give us neither of these by firing good teachers and making large unmanageable classrooms without notifying parents."

"Some teachers are very nice and initiate conversations, others share very little information about the child. It seems like there is a lot of change and turnover with the teachers, and that effects the students. The person we had the best communication quit just like all the other teachers we liked. It appears from the parent point of view that there is an unhealthy work environment that stems from the leadership of the school. Our child has come home with the diaper area not fully cleaned and she gets frequent diaper rash because of it. The children are fed and kept pretty clean, they are safe in the room and have good toys to play with, but there is not a warm environment and I question some of the teachers qualifications."

"It was great at first, I really liked it and I thought it was the right fit. However our daughter had an accident in class and the staff did notify us that she needed shoes,just everything, she was wet! So my husband brought her clothes,sock,ect.. then, later that evening my husband returns to her class, to find our daughter barefoot yet again. No one called no one said a word! she was just barefoot, we had given the front desk as well as the teacher our numbers earlier that afternoon there was no excuse for that kind of treatment!"

"Very caring and nurturing school. Well established, and very trusted with me. Just wish the teachers would clean the children’s faces and straighten their clothes better than what they do when it is time to go home. I have had no bad experiences with the school, my children absolutely love it and I love being able to look in and check on them anytime. They log in their potty’s, meals, and naps. I absolutely love this school."
