"This school used to be an amazing place. The teachers and staff would provide many updates throughout the day and almost always would be available to talk to at drop-off and pick-up. Now, though, I don't even know who my son's teacher is, she has never introduced herself or spares any moment to greet let alone talk to me. The rooms and halls are always dirty, our belongings frequently get lost (despite each child having a cubby for them), and even my son gets lost, requiring me to walk through the entire building and every outside area looking for him. This is a daily occurrence.The video feen in the app would be great if my child was actually checked in by his teacher. He rarely is, so I don't have access to the cameras until he is checked in. When they do check him in, many times the he is then transferred to another room but the camera is not changed, so I only have access to the classroom he is not assigned to.After 3 months of things getting worse, I have pulled my son form this school."
