"I really appreciate the teachers compassion, especially Miss Marissa. They always make my baby girl smile which makes it easy to leave her there each day knowing she is happy. My only feedback would be possibly seeing a better job of keeping her clean. She often comes home with food on her face, neck, arms, ect. Just a quick wipe down would be helpful."
"As a first time mom with a demanding child and his first time at daycare I was super nervous and afraid but visiting the school and getting to know my child’s school and teachers and especially the director who made me feel compfortable by letting me know that at anytime I could stop by if I’d like and just for a small fee I could pay to watch the cameras online to be able to see my baby. He’s been going for a year and I no longer stare at the camera with worry bc I know that my baby is safe and in loving hands of his teachers."
"CCY Harris Branch is more than a school or daycare, they are the extended family that parents and children need, the extra sets of hands and many loving hearts to help you raise your child to be loving and kind and help maximize their potential. The comfort we feel in dropping our child off, knowing that our child's safety, well being and education are top priority, and that the teachers and staff really love the children makes this a unique and special school. Every parent and every child deserves a place like this."
"Mrs Angelina isn’t extremely responsive and sincere. I feel comfortable addressing any concerns I I have with her and know that they will be resolved quickly."
"Overall it's a good way to ease your child into elementary school setting"
"The 3yo class is just perfect, and it'll make us sad to leave it. The 5yo class is a mixed bag. The teachers are good, but there are some really nasty, aggressive kids that pose real danger."
"It's been good overall. Most of my concerns have been with biting from other students towards my son. For the most part these issues have been addressed appropriately but sometimes it's a bit concerning on how they escalate in the classroom. Angelina and her staff are very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this school to people I know."
"I love the school, but this week I picked up my daughter around 6:15, which is really late for me. I overheard a staff member saying something along the lines of “it’s almost 6:20- why aren’t parents taking their kids?!” And as an educator myself, i know how hard we work, but we have to understand that parents are really trying their best. Sometimes situations arise and we already feel guilty about it- I don’t need a staff member kicking me when I’m already on the ground feeling like the worst parent. Also makes me believe that you don’t like my child and you’re kicking them out. It’s just hurtful and affects the school culture."
"it was very nice I love Ms. Angelina and I feel my son will fit in very well with this school."
"I trust them to take care of my children and I know they love my children."
"Only thing that was disappointing was lunch not being included in the price otherwise I loved the school!!!"
"We have loved the personal care and attention our child has received and we feel part of a family. From the first day, the staff made us feel safe and certain we chose the right school. The teachers and director have maintained this high standard of performance throughout the past year and we feel lucky to have found such a great place for the most important person in our world to learn and grow while being nurtured and loved."
"Overall it's been a great experience. Learning to be at ease while others watch your child can be very difficult but it's been a very smooth process here. The teachers have shown lot of affection and attention to my son that I couldn't even ask for more."
"Very satisfied with Alexee, the assistant director, she was very knowledgeable and listened attentively to our concerns."
"Overall good, there have been a couple changes in teachers with the short time my child has been there"
