"generally speaking, our experience has been positive. for the most part, our kid is healthy, unharmed, and clean at the end of the day. that's really the most important part. however, the one issue i have is how un-transparent some of the staff's comments are. i understand some parents believe their children are little angels, but i'd rather know the flatout truth. if she cries, let me know how long. don't lie to me about how happy she is if she's not. i know my kid isn't perfect and knowing the truth lets me work on those habits. don't just say things that you think will make me feel better. it's actually the opposite, wherein i doubt everything that is said."

"The current administration is wonderful!! They are very caring and address all problems quickly. Also, my child's teacher, Ms. Jade, is fantastic and should be given a huge raise!! She has a natural gift with the kids and does beautiful artwork and keepsakes with them every day!! She is very caring with the kids also. One thing that needs to be worked on in the 2-3 room however, is the biting and hitting issue."
