"Both of my son’s have had great experiences here. From making friends, and growing up with the directors, summer activities, and assistance with on-line learning during the pandemic. They do great with the safety precautions, have balanced meals, daily story and learning times. I have really felt blessed to find this childcare for them. I have been using this school for 6 years now and we keep using them until my youngest is all grown up."

"I would love more communication. Most of the days the daily log/brightwheel is not updated completely and it's hard to ask specifics at pick up with other children in the room. I also would appreciate a streamlined system of communication - I get texts, emails, brightwheel notifications, etc. but I need it all in one place. And I would love the schedule/meal plan available electronically instead of on the table in the lobby. Overall, communication has always been an issue."

"Not clean whatsoever. My child’s diaper was changed on the floor of the bathroom in the classroom right in front of me. Disgusting. All the children have snotty noses and dirty faces it’s sad. The director is rude, unprofessional and has a horrible attitude problem. I love Emily, Sue and my child’s teacher in early pre school 2. I can’t remember her name. African American woman. She is personable and caring. Definitely will miss her!"
"Whenever we go pick up at odd times even, kids are always just running around. There is no discipline or organized activity going on except at circle time. Teacher student ratio varies throughout the day. Classroom/bathrooms are mostly not clean."
"My daughter is currently in a classroom with some kids younger than her and at the age there’s a big difference between just turning 2 and about to turn three so I feel like she probably isn’t being taught like she should. I think providing parents with a curriculum would be great."

"There used to be no communication between the director and the teachers. No one seemed to have answers to any of my questions with the exception of Ms. Sue, Ms. Ashly, and Ms. Sheniko. No one else seemed to have any answers to questions like, how was my childs day? Why is there construction in the parking lot? Who are the teachers in this classroom? How many kids are in this class? etc. The best thing this school did was to put Ms. Ashly and Ms. Sue in charge. They are the only ones who have ever been in charge that get things done, listen to my concerns and truly care for all the children's well being."
"The school needs to be cleaned up and serious attention given to the environment for the children. The new location has fewer toys and books, fewer locations for play, worse meals, higher student-teacher ratio. Any one or a couple of these things are OK in isolation. The new director just didn't seem to care when we raised issues and while my kid loved his teachers and they were obviously working hard to keep up, the directors were never helping out like they did in the old location and usually weren't even there to answer questions. That was the deal breaker. I hope that Monique gets the tools she needs to sort out the new location, we were very sad to leave after the last few years."
