"We have been fairly happy with the school until recently. The turnover with teachers has been ridiculous and that is not creating a consistent environment for my child. My child never cried at drop-off but now she does. Also, lately the food has been quite interesting and inconsistent. Sometimes it's enough but other times I find the menu questionable. It is also not posted anywhere so I have no clue what to expect.Finally, the cleanliness of the check in screen is disgusting. It should be wiped down daily and the parking lot is a mess. The white stripes to designate the spots are gone and the holes are bad."

"We love the school and atmosphere. We think it’s a great environment for our child. The only drawback is staffing. There has been a shortage of staff. Wish there was more communication on what the plan is just to reassure they have the situation under control. No communication makes it feel like they are hiding something, which makes us feel a little uneasy."

"We really loved CCY Master School when we toured it a few years ago before our child was born. The atmosphere seemed loving and nurturing and we were excited about the curriculum. However, there has been an extraordinarily high staff turnover and the curriculum (until quite recently) has not been implemented. There didn't seem to be any curriculum implemented when our child was in the toddler classroom. Things improved when she moved to the EPS classroom, but then the high staff turnover ensued and we were again without a teacher who implemented any kind of curriculum. We're also expecting a second child imminently and I have not been impressed with what I have seen when walking past the infant rooms. We're hoping that things will improve with a new director and are giving things a few months to settle down before we make a firm decision on staying with CCY or moving our child(ren) to another school."

"Very disappointed with service. Teacher treat kids like some work they have to pass 8 hour. Every day pick my daughter dirty. No help to expect them in feeding kids. Just waiting her to grow up and this day care ordeal is over."

"We chose this school because they are accredited and the teachers and director at the time of our tour were tenured. When we started there was a new director and quickly staff turnover began and continued. After two years of this director was let go. The Assistant director is trying to make good staffing decisions as the interim director. We have been through 4 teachers in the last 6 months. We have some supervision issues lots of biting, scratching, incident reports, etc. The new teacher is implementing curriculum finally. I expected this for the infant class up, especially for what we pay. We feel compared to other kids our sons age he is behind, the entire class is. We are never told in advance when they have an event such as a class party, etc. The main reason we are still at this school is our son has friends. Their parents are considering moving to another school as well. We are giving it one more chance with this new teacher and we will make a decision for our son."

"Overall we've been very happy with the school. We love our current teacher so much! Communication isn't always great and transitions to new classrooms never go as described. One recommendation is that the check in screen at the front desk should be cleaned daily. It is disgusting. It should be wiped morning and night. Also the parking lot is terrible. The parking spot stripes need to be painted and there are a few large holes that could be fixed."

"Please accomodate and allow food from home for lunch. I feel my child doesnt have enough for the lunch. Not complaining about the quantity of the food given at school."

"Overall our experience has been good. The director has been great and we really feel like she cares about our child. Same goes for the teachers our child has had. They've all been very caring and empathetic. Our child loves the school, her teachers, and the friends she's made. We're less pleased with with the (lack of) communication from the school. We'd like to get more notice and details about upcoming events (such as picture day, extra classes offered, holiday parties, etc.), better daily updates about what our child is doing throughout the day, and updates about teachers leaving the school and the process for replacing them."

"All of the staff are incredibly warm and friendly. We transitioned from another school, and everyone made sure to make my child and myself feel welcome. We are excited to go to school everyday...and there have been more than a handful of times that a fit was thrown because we didn't want to leave at the end of the day. "My daughter has absolutely loved this place and we can’t imagine being anywhere else. I love most things about this school, except two. One, I think the meal offerings could be a little healthier. For example, using real cheese and not processed American cheese. And just crackers and water for snack? I would prefer a fresh fruit and crackers. I also would love more general communication from the school as a whole. There’s a newsletter, but it’s laying on a table in the lobby and I don’t always see it. I would prefer it to be emailed so I know there’s new information. I also get information from several formats - email, the app, and on the table in the lobby. I would prefer it to all come from one place so i can see it all together."
