"We've had very mixed experience at this school. The teacher who was in my daughter's classroom when I first enrolled her was awful, and when I brought our issues to the attention of management the situation wasn't handled very professionally. The teacher my daughter has now however is absolutely fantastic, we adore her. I still have some issues with management and the front desk staff, they're not very friendly or helpful. Things seem to be a bit disorganized and chaotic at times."
"As a single mom who is widowed I was looking for caring and trusting people. My children have developed and healed significantly by attending this school. I will continue to use them and highly recommend them. They treat us like family."
"I love the school and teachers/administrators. Food is ok, not great. Prices are high. Need more flexible summer program for school age that accommodates vacations and other camps."
"Overall it has been great- A few changes in teachers attitudes and how teachers act would be great. A few of them dont speak and if your taking care of my child then i want to know how he was today i shouldnt have to beg you for an answer."
"So far my experience at the Children's Courtyard has been good. We came from another daycare where my child's needs weren't being met and it was time for a change. At Children's Courtyard there is a lot more to engage in and a lot less tech distractions. I think that is a lot better for growing minds. I defiantly plan to stay here so long as we can."
"So far I love everything about the school. The communication is great and I can tell the teachers care about my child. The infant room teachers are very loving and have a lot of experience with babies. I feel comfortable leaving my child here!"
"Director listens to problems and does nothing to fix them. Teachers are young and inexperienced. I would not recommend this day care to anyone who loves their children."
"My children have been attending CCY for almost 2 years and overall we have had a good experience with the Director, Michelle and the various teachers. They greet us by name and have made us feel welcomed and comfortable. I do however have concerns with how unapproachable one of the other Managers is, Samantha. She rarely greets the parents or kids and almost seems to not enjoy being there. She looks upset half the time and speaks very unprofessionally to her employees in front of parents. I would never feel comfortable bringing concerns to her, I would rather speak to the Director. Outside of the bad experiences with Samantha, everything else has gone smoothly."
"Overall I love, The Children's Courtyard and my sons lovely teachers. I do wish that the front desk staff were more genuine and welcoming considering this is my son and I first time in this new environment."
"We love this school. Staff and teachers are great. Love the app that updates throughout the day. Great activities and lots of fun!"
"Some of the teachers are fantastic and you can tell their heart is in the job. Others don’t seem adequately trained to manage the kids and teach them. There is a lot of yelling with the older classes"
"Sometimes it’s a few people that keep you there. At first it seemed to be the best place in town. A few director changes its all over the place. A few stff members give it their all and love your child like their own. And a few will let your child pick food off the floor because they are tired of telling them no or destracted by personal self. Family events and summer programs seems to lack for the amount of money we pay."
"6 weeks to 12 months was great, no problems. After that there was a breakdown in supervision and my child of was repeatedly bit 6x in less than a month"
"Preschool director is not friendly. They always require more fees than typical preschools. Registration for fall, spring and summer and the weekly tuition"
"Overall, most of the teachers have been great, but lately, there have been some that can't control the class. Kids who are continually hurting their classmates should be removed from the school, which hasn't been done yet."
