"Overall, we do enjoy the school and we enjoy sending our children. However, it’s becoming a point of contention as of late due to the sudden onset of illnesses with our youngest. We understand that this is a new environment for her and that her immune system is trying to adjust. But it makes us question if the health, safety, and sanitation standards are up to par. Our daughter has contracted hand foot and mouth twice, and a viral infection that landed her a trip to the emergency room. As mentioned earlier, she has only been enrolled for about six weeks now. Our family prides ourselves on being involved with our children’s health and a big part of that is not sending them to school when they are not well. But when we are required to pay full price and can only utilize a reservation fee two times during a yearly period. It makes me question what the values of the school truly are."

"The staff has been incredible at responding to any concerns/inquiries I’ve had & I feel comfortable bringing that to their attention. They’ve been super accommodating & understanding of various transitions my family has had since we started here last year. They’re currently equipped with staff & teachers that seem to truly care about the success & development of the students. And I love how diverse the classes & staff are. My kids have access to various cultures as a result of that & that’s very important to me."

"We love all the teachers but recently, in the drop off times in the mornings it’s very chaotic. There seems to be a shortage of teachers and there have been times where we have to be shuffled to different classrooms because the rooms are at capacity. I’ve seen parents waiting outside of empty classrooms waiting for a teacher to clock in."

"Our experience from an educational standpoint is exceptional, our child has blossomed and reached new heights with social interactions, language and overall wellbeing. From the safety and general perspective, however, we have had more incidents, both little or big, with little to no resolution than we would like to have."

"I love the director! She is fun and always engaging. Every staff person I have met is very nice and seems to enjoy the work that they do. I receive daycare vouchers and appreciate that I feel we are treated equally as someone who pays full price. The twos teacher has taken the time to get to know my child and is very warm and welcoming every morning."

"I am not sure I can put into words how truly amazing this school is but I will try! It is a BEAUTIFUL school, with BEAUTIFUL, WONDERFUL teachers who truly care and want what is best for your child. They go ABOVE and BEYOND for your child in every aspect. The curriculum, the activities, the inclusion, daily accurate updates along with a brief rundown of how the child's day went. The relationships the teachers build with not only the children but also the parents is wonderful. Another major thing is the administration team. They are all such wonderful, helpful, loving ladies who also go out of their way to ensure your child is given the absolute best care and education possible. HUGE SHOUTOUT TO MRS. KRISTEN FORTIN, NONE OF THIS WOULD BE POSSIBLE IF IT WASN'T FOR THAT INCREDIBLE WOMAN!!!!!!! She is the backbone to that whole school. She is the go to, she is the one with all of the answers OR ALL OF THE LOVE. She is one of the biggest reasons my children and I LOVE this school. She has chosen wonderful teachers"

"Everything going well so far regarding child safety and care. On top of them it’s better to have some kind of educational curriculum for children to improve their focus towards education. And some social activities like painting, crafts etc."

"Maggie loves the school but at times we have no clue what they are working on. It worries me that she will not be ready for kindergarten. The appearance of the building is not welcoming at all."

"I relocated to North Carolina in July 2023 and this was one of the first centers I visited. Although more expensive than others I visited, I was impressed by the staff, the curriculum, the meal program/quality, and the story behind the center upon taking a tour. It’s been a great experience."

"No proper welcome from the staff or director. Couple of Teachers are good. We have some communication during drop off. No updates provided while pick up. No materials are sent home. They keep moving the child to different classrooms. Health concerns with my child was not addressed properly. Had to keep on reminding about applying sunscreen every day which is a major concern for my child due to eczema issues. Some smiling faces will give a good feeling."

"Our daughter graduated from Children's Courtyard 3 years ago and now is in 2nd grade and THRIVING. Our son, Austin, is now in his final pre-K class before going off to Kindergarten next year and we KNOW he is going to be just as prepared thanks to Ms. Haley and Ms. Francine!!"
