The teachers are wonderful and the preschoolers can reach higher goals with an improved curriculum. I think establishing child's goals with the parents and following up on them would be a good idea. The corporate can do a better job setting the standards for the daycare centers. I still see other parents preferring other daycares for preschool because of academics."

"The school age director has never talked with me, except for the one time I asked her to update my email address which I had previously asked via an email but it had not been done. I only know her name. I think it's sad she is not more available and visible at the school age building. I have only seen her about three times in several months. There is a new center director which I only met by chance; I had no idea there was a new one. The lack of communication regarding staff changes is frustrating. However, because the directors apparently have no interaction or immediate bearing on my child's daily experience, I chalk it up to expected bad customer service and focus on my child's interactions with his teachers. They appear very engaged and care about their roles and for this, I am appreciative."

"Soon after I enrolled my child his teacher changed and he was put into a classroom with students who were about a year younger than him. His teacher at that time was not very affectionate and caring therefore he did not like going to school. I expressed my concern to the director and she quickly came up with a solution for my child. He is now in a classroom where is is thriving. He teacher (Vickie) is great! She pushes him academically and shows him the affection he needs. He loves going to school now!"
