"We have overall had a great experience with good teachers and a responsive director. Our one complaint is that we have had frequent issues with drop off in the morning with no teacher in the room and no communication about where to go. When the issue is raised, it is usually addressed quickly, but over time it seems to go back. People run late, but I dont know why they cant have a backup plan or dropoff room to streamline things in the morning"
