"The staff are all kind and friendly to my son and anyone who is pick up / dropping off. The center is close to home, has great hours and is affordable. It is a safe environment and usually clean. There is always adequate staff even on holidays which I love. The only recommendation would be information on how preschool is preparing for kindergarten and what I can do at home to help reinforce teaching so he is prepared for grade school."

"My overall experience with this school has been great. I’ve had a few concerns and have always been able to talk with the director in regards to them. The teachers are welcoming, and my daughter always shares how much she loves her teachers. As a first time mom it’s been a difficult experience to trust someone with my child and know that not only is she safe, but is in a great learning environment. I was able to gain that trust, and have seen my daughter learn so much in just a couple of months. I am excited to see her continue to make friends, learn, and enjoy her time there. My family and I are extremely thankful to have found The Childrens Courtyard."

"My family has been using this facility for about 8 years now, since prior to the change to become Children's Courtyard. My son, now 5 yo, has attended since infancy. Since the adjustment to become Children's courtyard, the feeling of the facility has appeared much less personable, and communication fells like it has become much less, and what does get communicated seems very shorthanded and minimal. I feel I frequently have to contact the staff to to get a better understanding of what they are wanting to express or state. I no longer get the warm welcoming feeling of a creative learning center i had come to enjoy, rather now the feeling a bit more depressing do I have to go feeling. My son has expressed this feeling to me on occasion as well. Often asking me if i will have to leave him there all day again. I feel this is partly because he is just wanting to be at home with his parents or visiting his grandma, etc. I know he enjoys his time with his friends there and really enjoys his regular teachers, Ms. Sam especially, as do I. She enjoys being creative with the kids. She is always a pleasure! When I pick up my son in the evening, he regularly expresses that he had a good day and enjoyed himself."

"I think Cheree could be more warm. It took a very long time for her to remember our names and she has had to be reminded of our specific family situations on multiple occasions. We love Becca and Amy, they are both very helpful and welcoming."
