"My experience was rocky from the start. My child was always sick when attending the school. My child was not happy once certain teaching staff left. I often felt that things were not good at the school over a period of time. I witnessed teachers berating the children and I found small objects on the floor in the infant room on more than one occasion and my child came home bruised more than once from the”room” set up and the fact that the directors words “a new walker” Which isn’t an excuse for multiple incident reports."

"The classrooms don't get much cleaning and look dirty, I was told there used to be a dedicated cleaner. Most other daycares I toured have nightly cleaning. I feel this would help reduce the amount of illness that goes around (which is a lot). There was a tuition increase for "technology enhancement" for more app use but it's been over a month since I received a picture of my child. The teachers are friendly but seem overwhelmed and unmotivated. "
"Overall, it has been pleasant experience and my son loves his school. Occasionally, it seems a bit chaotic when two classes are put together for some reason. Would like to get updates on their meals, not just what they had but how much as well. Teachers are very well mannered and always answer any questions or concerns."

They are a second parent and I really appreciate the level of care they have given my babies physically, emotionally, and mentally."
"My daughter has come home on three occasions complaining about a teacher that is with the school age group that keeps yelling a her. When I came to pick her up Monday evening she said the same teacher gave her a mean look and called her ridiculous. So I took her in with me to find out who this teacher was and of course none of the workers knew who worked with them that day. I told my daughter that this would be her last week. We will find something else for her last week of summer break. I am extremely disappointed and very upset. Unacceptable behavior for adults to speak in this manner to young children.

"My child has gone to CCY for 6 years and we have had a mostly positive experience. We absolutely love all of out teachers: Miss Stephanie, Miss Tricia and Miss Cheryl in the school age building. They are wonderful to my child and always have positive attitudes. This week I had the misfortune of trying to communicate with the director. What a waste of time. She couldn't even be bothered to TRY to help a situation, that was easily workable. And even if she was unable to help me, the effort to try would have been enough to appease me. But she blew me off and did a high pitched and sarcastic "sorry" and walked off. DIRECTOR IS USELESS! "
