"If you are looking for a childcare program that’s centered around early childhood education this is Not the place. The children run around all day playing and take 3 plus hours naps. The teacher is a glorified babysitter and educator. I always ask my daughter what she learned and she says nothing everyday. Do not be tricked by the curriculum at touring, they do not follow it."

If my kids didn’t care about their teachers as much as they do, or I perceived that the teachers cared less than they do, We would have already made other arrangements with family until a new facility was found. "Up until recently and the bullying incidents it has been great (other than the cleanliness of the schools). Right now I am very disheartened by their inability to correct the bully. I believe the CCY's policies of not allowing the bully to be separated from the group are tying the directors hands. She has stated on numerous occasions that there is a written plan in place but it is obviously not working."

"We've had two great teachers and we've had a positive experience with the director. Outside of that, we have also had a couple of terrible teachers and concerns over the cleanliness of the facilities. One specific instance is when the toilet kept overflowing out of the bathroom and onto the carpeting in the pre-k classroom. It took several conversations with leadership to get that sanitized and the flooring replaced. For a number of days, the kids were still having class in that unsanitary room. Also, I have concerns with the outside of the facilities. Due to the children having access to a construction area, one child in my kid's class broke several bones and had a significant medical impact from the incident."

"There is NO educational experiences (from staff) in this facility. If you are okay with your kid just playing all day this center may work for you. Just know that stuff don't seem to have the skills to manage behaviors such as biting, hitting, climbing on shelves and tables. The learning that does go on in this facility is children learning negative behaviors from other children. So if your child doesn't do so already hit, yell no when you ask them to do something, attempt to climb all over the place and sit on tables plan on them learning these not so great behaviors because it is what they will be seeing everyday without adequate classroom management skills. Management just tells you that they are working on it, working with staff to train them better, will be putting different staff in that is better trained to manage the behaviors; however none of these things will happen. They just hope that you will ignore it because you really don't want to have to move your child to a different facility. Over priced, money doesn't go back into the school for books, updates to indoor and outdoor needs. "
