"I would like to see more educational activities in the infant room. Like story time, teaching them words. I don't hear about any thing to help my son hit milestones. There were craft projects done but only during holidays. I would like to see more educational things. Especially reading."
"The campus is beautiful. The teachers are very nice. There seems to be a culture of fear where teachers don't feel empowered to speak to parents directly about concerns or issues in the classroom. I am concerned that there will continue to turnover if there is not a change in leadership. We have only been here for a short period of time, but there is a lot of turnover here. I am not sure if it normal or not. Also, there seem to be a lot of young people. I wonder if there are some seasoned providers who would be able to provide more stability to the day to day flow and process."

Everyone takes such good care of him, is very aware of his developmental and emotional needs, and is so nice when we're around. I believe this is a place where our child can get a lot of encouragement and love, along with the proper education and curriculum every child needs, which is such a big deal for us."

"Highest turn over rate in any child care location I have experienced. Like I said though, they've all been very nice. Consistency is key at this age and I feel like, even the work I do at home, she should be further along in the curriculum."

"I am impressed how well the school is clean and organized. The kids seemed happy and the director seemed to know all the kids and what was going on in the school. The kids seemed to know her really well so to me that means she visits the rooms and is involved and cares."

"In general the experience has been good. We compare this to a prior location and unfortunately that might have been the top of the chain. We felt our child was constantly pushing themselves academically there, and it has a slower pace here. I cant say I am upset with the experience, but I do wish there was more teacher interaction and a bit more push to prepare for future school. That all said, I think they do a great job. All I ask is that the revolving door of teachers slow down a bit..."
"Overly priced!!!!!!! And the entire Staff seems to be walking on eggshells working for Amy, the manager. It's always awkward dropping off or picking up my child from daycare when she is present. The staff is usually energetic and happy; however, when Amy is present the atmosphere changes 360. The staff members are generally quiet and reserved...it's sad actually. Not sure what the issues are but its pretty obvious there are problems at that day care and I am not the only parent that notices the mood between management and her staff."
