"The title says it all! No communication. My granddaughter got sick with hoof and mouth and not told until I asked if other children in her class had it! She was bitten twice and no phone call; we found out at the end of the day with an incident report partially filled out. Went to take her this morning and was told teacher +Covid-19 and was not called but reported thru the app! We did not get that notice. Over the weekend a general email or a call would have been professional and ensure patents got a higher chance of receiving the information. Instead driving through significant weather to find out and no anticipation of when we can return. No indication of cleaning of rooms since the kids are kept in large groups in am and pm! No real development intervention as they say they do. How can they one teacher to a large ratio of children! Will report to BBB and health board. Please get the word out-I know I will! $700+ a month for this! I have withdrawn her as of today—it is the last straw!"

"I love this center! My children have been attending for a little over a month and in extremely happy and satisfied with the level of care they receive. First of with all the Covid guidelines they do such a great job following them and making us parents feel comfortable leaving our kid’s there. One of my kids is a baby and his teachers are so loving with him it gives me such a piece of mind leaving him there to be able to go to work. They are always communicating with me if there are any changes in his behavior or eating habits. I get notifications throughout the day about what he is doing. My toddler is in preschool and he is also doing great there. I’ve noticed such and improvement in his vocabulary and ability to do things on his own. I also get notifications throughout the day of his daily activities. I also love that I can see them through the day with the cameras. The principal is amazing! She’s always so courteous and welcoming and very on top of things. We love it here!!"
