"We are very opposed to keeping the lights on during nap time because there are other children that are still awake, which keeps my child awake, if not due to the lightning. On our way home from daycare (which is 10 minutes), they fall asleep, then become very cranky/moody and difficult to deal with when I have to wake them for dinner.Lastly, Sabrina has been a very valuable asset to your team and is one of the reasons why we continue to entrust our children being there. She's very caring and nice. She gives us updates of growth and development of our child on a daily basis. Those updates are what we look forward to the most everyday and it brings more joy to our day. It's evident that she's exceptional at what she does."
