"When you speak to the teachers they seem to be very understanding and assure you things will be taken care of but they have yet to make the changes."

"Teachers and director are great however recent changes from above the school level have been frustrating. We are now only allowed to use reservation fees two times a year however that barely accounts for vacations and sick time that we end up accruing over the year. Also the new heath program although it fits more restrictive government requirements some food choices give to kids don’t make sense. There have several lunches and snacks my children just won’t eat and unfortunately there are not any other options. From talking to teachers it seems a lot of kids struggle to eat these options that are provided."

"Overall, my kids love going there. They’re very comfortable going there. The teachers overall are good at what they do but I sense that being shorthanded there hurts the kids more than anything. It’s like any other business the whole country shorthanded and I do understand that."

I feel it needs more structure and possibly training classes on professional in the work place and basic customer service skills."

"We loved the school when we started a few years ago, during the pandemic. But with a new teacher and management last year, it feels like things have slipped. My daughter really struggled this year with the changes and I was worried about leaving her there a lot if the time. I would love to see more building safety and accountability, more academic activities and agility for individual needs ."

"The overall experience has been good. Only major issue comes to not understanding pricing and fees that are charged. We always pay a large summer fee in addition to $25 a week and I don’t see my child actually getting $25 worth of activities in those weeks. They occasionally have activities but often is just a fun activity nothing big"

"My child has had to adapt to being away from me and my husband. Really appreciate the patience and understanding the staff has shown to my baby. Plus the assistance they have given to us. Always a smile and everyone seem to enjoy taking care of the kids."

"So far my experience has not been the greatest. It could be worse but it definitely can be better. Starting with cleanliness, no one takes it serious leaving the children to be sick back to back. Then you have miscommunications often. Because of the miscommunication I almost lost my child care. They’re often short staffed which is something I understand it’s happening worldwide but it leaves the children to be shuffled around classes and a higher chance of catching more viruses."

"I love the school. The staff is amazing. The only thing i would like to see improve is the cleaning of the classrooms. The bathrooms aren't very clean, even first thing in the morning. Also the floors aren't always vacuumed daily. I think maybe with shortage with staff it may make things hard. So i've been understanding to this issue. Everyone is trying their best around the world."
